Saddletree Research founder Paul Stockford also works as Research Director for the National Association of Call Centers (NACC) at The University of Southern Mississippi.  The NACC is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit contact center industry membership organization with the sole purpose of advancing the contact center industry and customer service profession through effective, objective research and direct industry involvement.  In his role as Research Director, Paul communicates frequently with NACC’s end-user members and readers of the monthly NACC newsletter In Queue answering inquiries, providing advisory services and conducting the research that eventually serves as the basis of the demand-based reports published by both the NACC and Saddletree Research.
